We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAIJ AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
